Búzios is one of our favorite cities in the world. Bea grew up spending her summers here, and many years later, it's where Tom proposed. Now, it's where we officially tie the knot!

Both the ceremony and reception will be hosted outdoors at Ferradura Private hotel, located on the cliffside of Ferradura beach. The venue is a 5 minute walk away from the beach itself, and a 15 minute walk from downtown Búzios, known as Rua das Pedras.

What are the odds a Californian and a Carioca would meet during the peak of a global pandemic? Beats us, but we're so glad we did. In October 2020, we matched on Hinge and spent a month dating over video. What should probably have been an awkward situation became the highlight of our days. When we finally met in person, sparks flew and the rest was history.
